Hotel Policies:

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM, early check in may be possible based on availability.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: ALL guests over the age of 18 must be registered with the front desk and present valid government issued photo ID upon check-in.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM, room rental period expires at this time and an additional day charge plus tax may apply for late checkout.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: It is your responsibility to understand how your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges your credit/debit card. Some banks may hold pending authorizations for up to 30 business days.

CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENTS: Credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder and signature must match signature present on valid photo ID.

DEPOSITS: Deposits are required for all guests (credit card or cash). Violation of any motel policy will result in forfeiture of deposited funds.

RATES: All rates are quoted in United States currency, plus tax. Rates may increase without notice. Additional fees may apply to guests who stay greater than 30 days to account for deep cleaning fees and wear and tear on guest room.

PAYMENT: Failure to pay rent by 11:00 AM the day of check out will result in immediate eviction from room. If guest is not present to remove personal items from the room, the staff reserves the right to personal effects and will store them for a period of no greater than 24 hours before disposal.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: This motel is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. We have a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our motel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the State of Idaho and motel policy.

RESERVATIONS: In order to guarantee stay prior to check in, reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when upon booking. Blackout dates and conditions may apply.

CANCELLATIONS: The guest acknowledges that any reservation must be cancelled no later than 6:00 p.m. local motel time on the date of check in to avoid a cancellation fee of a single evening’s stay plus any applicable taxes and fees. Any reservation that is not cancelled by this deadline, or if you fail to check-in to the property by the check-out time on the day following your confirmed arrival, will be subject to this cancellation fee.

VISITORS: Visitors are welcome in guest rooms between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with a maximum of two visitors per room at any given time. Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted, and all visitors must be registered at the front desk and provide identification.

SMOKING: Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms.

DO-NOT DISTURB AND ACCESS TO ROOMS: The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room. Management reserves the right to enter a room for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room and its furnishings are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of motel policy. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a motel policy is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to motel property and rooms of evicted guests.

ALCOHOL POLICY: Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must consume those in their room. Alcohol is not allowed in public areas.

PET POLICY: Dogs are accepted weighing less than 80 pounds. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. A non-refundable fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees. Pet may be left unattended in the room; However, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while the guest is not present. Pets must always be on a controllable leash when outside the guest room. Guests must walk their pets in designated walk areas and are responsible for always picking up after their pet. The pet must be removed from the room prior to the scheduled housekeeping service or other arrangements must be made with motel management. Noise that is disruptive to other guests in the motel is not acceptable. Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY: No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on the premises.

FREE Wi-Fi ACCESS: Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our registered guests. Wi-Fi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our Wi-Fi-equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals. We assume no liability for guest use.

INFESTATION: If a guest brings any infestation into the motel room or onto motel premises, they may be charged what management deems necessary to address the infestation.

PARKING AT OWN RISK: One parking space is guaranteed for each room at no charge. Additional vehicles on property may incur additional charges or will be towed at the owner’s expense. All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner and must be in operational condition at all times. The property is not responsible for items lost or stolen from parked vehicles. If a vehicle is left in the motel parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the motel, the motel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.

DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF MOTEL PROPERTY: You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s) or motel’s premises. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the motel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, pet fees, guest compensation, etc.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE MOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES: We reserve the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary, or add to these motel policies or arrangements at any time without prior notice.
